3. Subscription Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation before the next billing cycle: No charge for the upcoming period
- Partial month refunds: Not available after the 30-day guarantee period
- Service remains active until the end of the current billing period
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Within 30 days: Full refund available
- After 30 days: Prorated refund may be available at our discretion for exceptional circumstances
- Downgrade to monthly: Available with prorated credit applied
4. API Usage and Overage Charges
API usage beyond your plan's included limits is charged separately and is generally non-refundable. However, we will review cases of:
- Billing errors or system malfunctions
- Unauthorized usage due to security breaches
- First-time accidental overages (one-time courtesy credit may apply)
5. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services already rendered and consumed
- Custom development or consultation services
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Refund requests made after 30 days (except in exceptional circumstances)
- Repeated subscription periods after the initial period
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis:
- Extended service outages (>48 hours)
- Major feature removal without notice
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Medical emergencies or documented hardship
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company, we encourage you to contact us first. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Collection proceedings for valid charges
- Prohibition from future service use

9. Service Credits
As an alternative to refunds, we may offer service credits for:

Service credits do not expire and can be applied to future invoices.
10. Price Changes
If we increase our prices, existing customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. You may:
- Continue at your current rate until the end of your billing period
- Cancel before the price change takes effect
- Request a refund if you've prepaid for a period affected by the increase
11. Free Trial Conversions
If you forget to cancel a free trial and are charged:
- Contact us within 7 days for a full refund
- After 7 days, standard refund policy applies
- Multiple forgotten cancellations may not be eligible
12. European Union Customers
EU customers have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws:
- 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts
- Right to withdraw without giving any reason
- Full refund including standard delivery costs
