By accessing or using LifeOS Intelligence Platform ("Service"), operated by Playabl.World ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
LifeOS Intelligence Platform provides AI-powered messaging integration and communication intelligence services through Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The Service includes:

We use third-party payment processor Stripe to handle payments. Your payment information is processed securely and we do not store credit card details.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You will be charged in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set based on the date of original purchase.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Playabl.World and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Access to our API is subject to rate limiting and fair use policies. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for accounts that exceed reasonable usage limits.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAYABL.WORLD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
