Friends Story Building (Draft)

My working idea: friendships get stronger when you create shared artifacts, not just chats.
One-liner
Turn hangouts, voice notes, and small events into a shared “story graph” your friends can actually remember and build on.
Loop
  • Capture: voice note, photo, or 30-second recap after a moment.
  • Compress: AI extracts scenes, quotes, decisions, and open threads.
  • Publish: a private story page your friend can edit and react to.
  • Schedule: the system proposes the next micro‑event based on the thread.
MVP (2 weeks)
  • Telegram bot that ingests voice notes + photos.
  • Weekly “story digest” per friend group.
  • Simple web page: timeline + characters + threads.
  • Sharing: invite links + role labels (host, editor, witness).
Success metrics
  • At least 3 groups with weekly recurring usage.
  • At least 1 offline event per group per month triggered by the system.
  • Users report “I remember more” and “we do more” as the core value.

This page is a draft. If you meant a different “friends story building” idea, tell me and I’ll rewrite it.

Notes

What makes this non-trivial is not AI. It is incentives and privacy.
Hard constraints
  • Private by default. Sharing must be explicit.
  • Artifacts must be valuable even if AI is imperfect.
  • No “cringe”. The UI needs taste.
Implementation sketch
Storage: append‑only “scenes”. Index: embeddings + tags. Output: curated digest + one link.
If this ships, it will likely live next to /telegram-stories-parser/ and /callivan/.

Other experiments (placeholders)

If you want, I can add more cards here (AI‑EMI, Telegram stories, operators dashboards, etc.).
